Premium tags don’t work on console & trading very difficult

Hi, I hope all is well. Just want to say this so far has been an absolutely incredible game. However, there are a few game breaking mechanics that needs to be fixed. As far as console goes for use experience. I have purchased three different premium tabs on console however I can’t find any way to change it to public and put items in it so sell console training is extremely limited. Also on Xbox, it’s very difficult to find the users who are trading from the website because for whatever reason their usernames never work and direct whispers do not work.
