Is there a bug or something to do with my build to enable this?
I tried this on earlier level its working fine, but now I'm changing some of my item to build defences and it started to happen :'( Anyone has any idea on this? Just noticed not only my coc will suddenly gone dissapear, even my arcane surge buff which gain by the node 5% to gain arcane surge on crit will gone missing from time to time...

Actually found the issue here, the unique item Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments are disabling all the buff effect while the overflow proc lols please check this and fix it in the next bug fixes update

More info here might be im running blood mage so might be something related to the Sanguimancy :))
