Ogham Village Butcher State Machine Transition Error

The butcher dude in Ogham Village has stopped using his regular pattern. He can now interrupt his hammer of god and immediately to the last part of his 1 shot kill ranged attack (that you normally get an emote so you can dodge roll).

I tested this multiple multiple times. Its definitely a bug.

His state machine has an improper state jump atm.
