Buyed from PoE2 Website and still no EA Access?

So, i wanted the Game.

Go to Path of Exile 2 website, clicked on Get Access now, get linked to https://pathofexile2.com/en/purchase where i got 3 Options, 5, 10 and 20$.
Was wondering why EA here would only cost 5$.. so,

Buyed a Pack for 20 and 10 USD (cause on Steam it was ~30$)

Now i got 300 Golden Coins but if i want to get EA it tells me to Upgrade for another 20$ after some time to understand what the hell is going on with this??

Why is buying the Game so complicated?

Can i get a Refund for the Points? i wanted to buy EA and not Points for PoE1...

If you want early access, you would need to buy one of the Early Access Supporter Packs that can be found in the shop. If you've purchased plain Point Packs by mistake, please contact our team at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into fixing this up for you.

Please include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the transaction ID for the purchases in question. This is usually sent to you alongside your receipt of payment by the payment processor you used.
Okay, thank you very much.

but I don't see anything wrong with me in this case, the “Get Early Access” button from the Official PoE2 website only leads to the points-only store. Like I said (https://pathofexile2.com/en/purchase). Please report the bug to someone who can fix it, it's super confusing as the points store page doesn't even mention early access. There should be a direct link to the supporter packs or an explanation. Right now it looks more like a “mistake” so that you pay more for the pack than you have to...

I will contact support, thanks for the quick reply.

You can find the Early Access Supporter Packs by scrolling down on that page.

"We're proud to announce the Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Packs! These packs provide you with access to the early access release as well as many exclusive microtransactions and even physical goods. You can upgrade from a cheaper pack to a more expensive one later. These packs will be available throughout Early access."

I hope this helps to clarify things!
