Lost early access

I have been playing normally with a key of early acess for 65 hours and it was all being great! Today i tryed to log in and it appeared the message "this account does not have access to early access" im hoping this is just a bug of the servers but yeah can`t play at the moment i checked and everything was still linked between accounts but it says on the game website that i dont have acess either. anybody else with this problem? Hi @StanislawPl#0409 thanks for your answer, i have send a mail with all my informations, account name, hours played and all my characters infos, i will make a replay soon if i get an answer. I wish we will get a fix soon and enjoy the game again !

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

i have that problem too,play some time created 2 char and one day saw this "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."
