Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

Hi,

I am encountering the error message: 'Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access Key on our Website or Purchase access now.' I have already purchased the game and played for 63 hours. I even made an additional purchase of 5 euros within the game. Despite this, I am now receiving this error and cannot access Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
Support does not answer. I value clear communication and timely resolution of problems. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a lack of both.

I'm afraid we're currently expecting delays responding to players emails due to the launch of Path of Exile 2 Early Access. One of our team will get back to you via email as soon as possible.
I received what appears to be a standard information, despite my clear demand for an immediate solution. If there is no formal legal channels, than I'll find one.

It's three days that I've written to you support because I paid for your early access (played for 14 days) and for some problem on your side after your patch I cannot play anymore, I need help and nobody is replying neither on social, nor support nor your forum.. I'm regretting purchaising the early access for this total absence of support. Do I have to ask for a refund ??
