Does Support even exist? - did anyone ever get an answer?

How about ppl post when they contacted support and when they actually responded. Copy Paste-Answers with pointless questions dont count.

I wonder if there even is many ...


Honestly this is just a complete joke by now. Not only did they not improve their support system to make it more efficient - they also on the forum seem to simply copy paste answers that help no one.

This honestly is embarassing.

And when will that be? Sorry but almost 20 days now for any support when ppl play you money is a joke.

And whats even worse is that you havent even done anythign to improve your support system - its pretty obvious that email-support without any forms etc. is the worst possible way to handle support and handle it fast.


Also the Forum replys are the same copy paste replys ppl also get when support does anything - which mostly seems to be copy past questions for random data.

So far I've been waiting 27 days just to unlink my steam account, they aren't in any hurry
