chat mods abusing their role (timeout for answering a question with "yes")

I was just timed out for 20 minutes in the global chat "/global 1 de" for answering someone's question with "jap", which is German for yes/yep/yup.
I highly recommend only timing out people if they get reported multiple times for the same message.
Im' active A LOT in chat and helping out dozens of players each day, and it's not cool getting banned for being a helpful person.
You should probably have a look at how your report system works or pick out your mods more carefully.
