POE2 - account verification problems on xbox

i play on an xbox series S and i when i try to whisper or trade uniques i have a promt appearing that sais my account isnt verified, but im pretty sure it is

Same issue here me and 2 Xbox buddies all cannot figure out how to verify, would be nice to be able to trade.

Have to link Xbox account to account on path of exile website, at least that worked for me

I am linked on the website and it says I dont own poe 2 to link the account and I can buy it but im literally level 25 part 2 so idk what to do but i cant operate within my guild like move items in the guild bank.

" Do you by chance have two accounts when you hover over switch account at the top of the page? You might be on the wrong account on the account :) I know I am probably pulling things out of the hat for a solution but this is all I can think of :) |

" To clarify, due to the way console Early Access works, the Path of Exile 2 Early Access page on the website can't detect the eligibility of your console account. If you have a level 25 on your account and are still experiencing issues, can you please log out of your console and log back in to see if this helps?
