Act 2 NPC dialogue broken

The last patch has indeed fixed the Bayala coin not dropping correctly and NPCs not reacting to end of the Traitor quest , but since then there is a new dialogue related bug : when the NPC ( Act 2 weapon merchant ) gives you the quest to bring back a letter from her dead friend , finishing the quest trigger her to initiate the Greeting dialogue she does the first time you meet her .
