Point Transfer Problem

Hello. I want to transfer my 300 points (I had bought early access supporter pack) from UstaKhaled91#2088 account to UstaKhaled91#9687 account. I had bought Early Access Supporter pack on my UstaKhaled91#2088 Steam Account but when i have mixed my steam and playstation accounts, my steam account changed to UstaKhaled91#9687 account. Please help me to transfer my points.
