Lost 20 Exalted Orbs due to bug

Hi Support,

I pressed triangle to quick transfer into my stash at the trail of chaos today but didn’t realize it dropped on the floor instead of the usual quick transfer to stash. I teleported away and lost 20 exalted orbs. Please help to restore these orbs due to the inconsistency of fast transfer to stash.
