Poe 2 kabala clan relic won't drop

I never deleted it, it never dropped, I have run keth and associated maps over and over looking for it, and I'm an infernalist level 55 using mind over matter so it's kind of essential, does anyone know how to fix this

And I kind of feel like I have to delete this character that I have invested so much time into, because a main quest item won't drop, and if that's the case I'm gonna just uninstall the game and go back to original poe

Yeah I have the same shit, cleared the zone (keth) 6 times and no drop.

Same here, the kabala relic won’t drop from the mobs in Keth. Quest is stuck. Considering the reward is a passive ability, it is quite disappointing.
