Stuck on Act 1 last Quest,

I'm currently in Act 1 Cruel, but my quest seems to be stuck right from the beginning. I've been trying to progress, but it doesn't seem to work. After checking some forums, I read that this issue might block the endgame content as well.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
