The email bug prevents me from playing the game despite spending money.

Due to my mistake, I accidentally used the Steam redemption code on another account. Now, I have no choice but to try changing the bound email, but the process keeps encountering errors. I spent $30, and I can't even change the email. This feels like a scam! I cannot accept paying money and getting nothing in return!
