Can't open Atlas skill tree

I Have already been on maps and just finished the t5 quest receiving the item and unlocking 2 additional skill points. When i click on the skill point promt over my exp bar the skill tree wont open. Using STRG U or by manuallly opening it doesnt work. Cant refund at Doryani as well.
