Can't open Atlas skill tree

I Have already been on maps and just finished the t5 quest receiving the item and unlocking 2 additional skill points. When i click on the skill point promt over my exp bar the skill tree wont open. Using STRG U or by manuallly opening it doesnt work. Cant refund at Doryani as well.

I have also found this issue on my second character. First still can acess the skill tree.

Yes, same! This occurred with one of my characters literally today. Please someone heeeeelp.

Got the same issue in Phrecia league. Finished all quests. Alva was bugged at the causeway not appearing, so I thought it might be that her quest is unfinished. Used a scarab to summon her that got the quest of the log, but the atlas skill tree is still greyed out, keyboard shortcut does not work.
