Passive Skill respec bug

Hi

I have already respeced a few times and so far it has always worked without any problems. Just now, however, the selected path was not applied twice. I respeced the left straight part to take the right path and both times the marked corner was not applied, a gap remained open and the part of the left wasn't respeced also some parts were displayed incorrect, the path was highlilghted but no Points were set. I first thought i made a misstake so i tried again but the same happened. I went von 336K gold down to 319K with no result.
Is it possible that the support checks this, it's not even so much about the gold for me, of course it would be nice if this would be undone but primarily it's about me not losing any more gold.
