I lost Balbalas Barya.

I lost Balbalas Barya after the first run in the trials of sekhemas. If you complete this and then port it back, it can no longer be found in the inventory or in the socket at the Trials of Sekhemas. I've already tried talking to Balbalas about it or killing her again to drop it, but both didn't work and I was careful not to accidentally sell it or have it in storage with my 2nd character.
