Audio stuck in loop. Had to restart game

I went to act 3 normal to stab the heart. After I did so, i tried to pick up an item with a full inventory.
At the same time the guy shouting from somewhere (who normally says a lot of Atziri Atziri) was going to say something as well.
I think, because both the Atziri guy and the full inventory message came at the same time, it caused the atziri guy to loop a tiny portion of his text over and over till I closed down the game. Not even changing zone or logout fixed the issue.

This was on Xbox at the day and time of posting.
