jarngreipr gloves and ice strike (ref number: 622,336,059)

Can not upgrade ice strike(aoe melee,strike cold) or storm wave(aoe melee lightning) skills due to missing intellect/dex even I wear Jarngreipr Ringmail Gauntlets (Strength can satisfy other Attribute Requirements of Melee Weapons and Melee Skills). I think the gloves just doesn't work atm as it should.
