2 Passive point gone forever

Why I'm posting this, because Thomas C from GGG support decided to reply my thread of email to seek help from here. And that hopefully a developer picks this up...

Story goes like this, 2 weeks ago I died to Mighty SilverFist in Normal Act3. Just before I died, my skills aoe killed him as well.

Losing the loots are fine, but that quest reward was gone as well. No matter how many times I tried to reset maps as the game thinks that the quest is completed.

I'm on Titan build and already felt like I was playing a handicapp game for past 40 levels.

Simply asking if that quest can be totally reversed


Wonder if anyone has a solution to this. Otherwise I will just keep posting to vent my frustrations.
