Demon form crash on zarokh

Crashing during the Zarokh boss fight consistently with the following error code:
Error loading type Metadata/Effects/Spells/maneuver_mechanics/AfterImage/DemonAfterImage
"Metadata/Effects/Spells/maneuver_mechanics/AfterImage/DemonAfterImage": Error:
Metadata/Effects/Spells/maneuver_mechanics/AfterImage/DemonAfterImage.ot is non-virtual and does not have a physical file

Not sure if related, but I am using lightning warp.

I got the same Exception message. I'm not using lightning warp but in my case I just walked over the clock in one of the puzzle lever rooms.

same crash happens to me every time i fight this boss as demon form
