Please Fix these

I Agree with this, and Also want to 'complain' about a few serious issues that are causing me to Turn game off/rage quit and possibly soon stop playing.
I play a Witch , I picked my build, primary skills I want to play with, but EVERY single boss encounter seems to revolve around "if you stand still for 1 second to cast, YOU DIE! " This is A Huge problem that has nothing to do with Defenses. These are 1 shot boss mechanics that have no set pattern except 'if player stands still for 1 second EXECUTE'. I want to throw spells
To kill bosses, but what the Game is FORCING me to do is throw down a totem and just run around for 20 minutes untill the Boss dies! This is frustrating when I KNOW being able to throw my spells will kill the Boss faster by using the spells I wanted to use on my build, which works fine on Trash mobs..

PLEASE slow the bosses roles as far as their no warning 1 shots just because a player stops moving. I feel like there is code written in there that says "if player stops moving kill him" . That's not how things should be!
Another fix would be to allow Casters to throw spells WHILE moving.. Can melee attack while moving??? Casters need an opportunity to damage if only for a few seconds before moving again.. I don't want to play this game running around in a circle while my totem kills stuff.. if that's the case WHY are there extra abilities in the game?? Please consider it.

Another thing is the Witch Asendency. They need complete overhauls.. I picked Blood mage for my first Ascendency and QUICKLY refunded all the points. I am NOT going to play with any ascendency, because of how DUMB blood mage is.. You've made our spells on the 2nd Node COST LIFE along WITH MANA.. wtf.. ok so that's a negative wheres the positive on that tree?? There is none!! As far as Infernalist, that's a Mage ascendency... why is it on Witch??? I use chaos damage why am I being offered elemental?? There is alot to complain about but those 2 things are what I foresee making me give up.. There is also alot of cool things, like the abilities I choose to want to use but can't till ^ that's fixed..
