Suddenly constantly crashing

I have been constantly crashing suddenly since I logged in today. I checked and settings havent changed at all. Today it started happening when I open my stash, when I leave a map, I have gotten stuck on the loading screen and needed to force restart, it is just constantly happening in different instances. I can play for around 10 minutes before it happens again. Unsure what has changed but please help as this is affecting ability to play.

The crash is consistently happening in the hideout, tried changing hideouts but it persisted, it generally happens when i open a new map or I am moving around the hideout. I disabled the pet thinking it had an impact however same issue. Generally the game sounds start breaking up a bit then it crashes. This only started happening today, I have played 200+ hours with a few crashes here and there but these crashes are becoming consistent.

Update: the crash is still happening, still mostly at the hideout, and I hear a break/interruption in the sound of the game, either in the dialogue or the sound effect of the portals opening up or when im just clicking around the hideout before the crash, if anyone has a solution for this that would be great even if temporary
