Trail of Sekhemas issue

I am going for my 7th and 8th ascendancy points and I just beat the 3rd boss. when I try to enter the Trial of Time it kicks me out to the main menu.
It says The Terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server. Please create a new instance and try again.

I don't know what it means to create a new instance?
