Xbox chat in game not working

I’m not able to use the chat box for any whisper, trade, guild nothing. I’m not sure if it’s due to having two Poe accounts on the one? I’m not showing on either as owning the game and can’t see my characters. I verified my email and my toons disappeared. I found the fix for that but chat still will not work. I’ve checked on Xbox side and cross play is allowed in all areas as well as in game. Please let me know what I need to do. Thank you.
