Please help

I have 200 spirit and it shows I have 160 spirit.. haven't had any issues whats so ever and now I can't spec into my passive abilities.
Everything was fine until I went through a teleportor.
My second set of gear gives me 200 spirt but my first set doesnt..
I took all my gear off and I'm still missing 40 spirit.
Please help
