So after 2 weeks playing the game i lost my acces to the early accs how is this possible? i contacted you via email but no response yet

from what has been said in the other posts it is because you used a key reseller instead of going through the official portals to get a key and the seller refunded/charged back the key.
If you did not get the key through the website here, through steam or epic or through the consoles then you are basically up shit creek since GGG are not liable for purchases made elsewhere, your only recourse is to try contact your key seller and hope they'll refund you.
