Lightning warp issue

If you cast lightning warp on ennemies that cannot be culled, skill will not be used, as expected, but mana will be consummed.

" +1 If you have any support gem on it that adds a cooldown, the CD will also activate. Hell, you can even click the floor and it will consume mana and put the skill on CD; too punishing right now. U THAR, LET ME BEND YOUR REAR FOR A MINUTE
