no 300 points to my EA key

I have activated my poe2 EA key on the website, and get the steam key version from it. My problem is that I do not have the 300 coins in my account in game nor in the website next to my profile. But when I chack my profile I can see that the EA activation was successful and my account has "the rights" to play the game (and I alredy put 40hours in so I can play). And yes my steam and my account have been linked together way before EA.
I have contedted the support but no reply.
Does anyone have any idea?

Hello, just a clarifying question: You purchased the $30(or maybe a high one) supporter pack and got the key from there right. And not recieved the key like from a friend?
