About bugging quests

I understand that the game is in early access and I know that such things are normal. I learned that many people have similar problems with me. As a former poe1 user, I love this game!
When I checked my passive tree, I should have gained 24 points but I have 20. I request that my lost passive points and vital rewards such as extra spirit and resistances, if any, be transferred to my character.

Note: Before writing to you, I spent hours trying to solve it myself by opening every point on the same maps and reaching a solution from reddit.
