Help me with advice lvl 92 titan

Hello everyone I have a lvl. 92 titan and I can’t seem to push more levels because t15-16 maps are unplayable for me due to me getting smoked. I have 3k health 81% armour 68% block and max all res (fire ice light are at 105%) now I have read but I don’t know if it’s true that armour/life is super unbalanced compared to Energy sheild at end game and pretty much I’m capped on what I can do currently. I run stampede / hotg build. Any suggestions or atleast verification that armour life isn’t viable right now due to balance would be great
