Explosive grenades stuck at 0 charges (issue 1 223 016 483)

My play style is flash grenade - explosive shot - explosive grenade - explosive shot.

Leaving the area or re-equipping the gems solves the issue.

Explosive grenades are 4-socket corrupted, if that's a factor.

Supports are scatter shot - primal armaments - payload - elemental focus.

I think payload could be the culprit.
