Cruel Act 3 - Ignaduk, The Bog Witch reward bug

Hello,

I'm finding that in Cruel Difficulty (PoE2), some quests just dont get completed / provide me with the appropriate rewards, if any.

Cruel Act 3 - Ignaduk, The Bog Witch
Ignaduk still shows as incomplete, with a Skull and Plus icon still visible (not greyed out). I've killed them a few times now.

Any help?
