POE 2 I don't have map device mechanic.[UPDATE]

I don't have map device mechanic.

Explain: I never finished the standard league. After dying on hardcore i wanted to try maps but i don't have this mechanic? Pressing alt, re entering on map with new entrance(with ctrl), kill the last boss, reboot game or computer not help.
[UPDATE]
As I expected, the problem was that I didn't finish the Standard (Soft) league. I completed this league with a different character and that solved my problem.
