My resistances suddenly dropped from capped

Hello everyone,


My resistances were capped 2 hours ago, and suddenly they drop to 60~% now.

I just went from T9 quest to T10; does that have something to do? One of my clanmates told me that issue was fixed and should not happen again.



These were my resistances 2 hours ago.



Now they look like this; notice chaos did not drop.




Can anyone help me? is this normal? thanks!
