FYI the PoE2 in game store (press k, in game) dose not show mystery boxes, which to me means that they game dose not support them. I'll assume that you bought them on the web site, and that is basically the PoE1 store. You could solve this by downloading PoE1 logging into it and opening the boxes there (the skin you get should work in PoE2) Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

Thank you so much, I didn't think about the mechanics of poe, I downloaded poe 2 for the first time, I didn't know about transferring things, thanks again so much for your help, you did much more than anyone.
