Poe 2, main quest bug, cant progress to maps.

Hello there,
I finished campaign on my second character all the way to act 3 cruel, killing boss, and progressing to last main city/hub, but when i tried to insert map i got a message saying i cant open it before finising main story.
I checked my quest logs and there was one i hadnt complete, in act 1 of normal difficulty there is still quest to travel East, but i can not complete it there is not even dialog with hooded one to do it.

If there is a work around or any way to fix it for me i much appreciate any help in that regard.

I second this. Have this bug on two characters and cannot continue progress unless this has been resolved.
The quest that won't be completed is the same, "Travel East". However, I've already completed this and "The Hooded One" won't have the quest dialog to re-travel east to finish the quest.

Any luck fixing this? I'm having the same issue now as well :/

Okey, i tried doing final act 1 boss to trigger quest, did nothing, tried teleporting to vastiri outskirts, that sadly did nothing, i finish all dialogs on npc, still nothing.
I belive it comes to pressing "travel East" dialog with Hooded One after returning to camp, If GGG will add this as a permanent button it will fix the issue with this quest.
So for the time being we need to wait to be adressed
