Difficult to reach support

Hi, I can’t play since release, my IP was banned after account linking to my ps5, and the problem is that the support has answer my ticket twice in the past month (weeks between messages) just asking if the problem has miraculously disappeared by itself… no, it hasn’t. That’s what I’m going to reply. Again.

Staff drown under support request because of the popularity of the game, and most of them are on vacations right now, I know that’s rude, cannot be able to play after purchase a key but there’s nothing else to do than waiting sadly..
