Issues with the ascent to power and ancient vows in act 2 cruel

Im trying to do these 2 quest right now but the ascent to power dosnt do anything i go there and clear it out and nothing and for the relic quest for whatever reason the relics wont drop in either 2 places they are supposed to might be bugged or something in Act 2 cruel ive been able to do all the other quest besides theses 2 gonna try again tomorrow but ive put a few hrs trying to figure out why they arent allowing me to continue i also dont have the relics on me for whatever reason either ive done both areas needed to.....any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks
