Urgent: Request for Refund Due to Unresolved Issue - No Response for Over 10 Days

I hope this message finds you well.

More than 10 days ago, I purchased early access to POE2 for PC. Unfortunately, after downloading the game, I encountered technical issues that prevent it from running on my PC, and I have been unable to play the game. In fact, I have not played for even one hour due to these issues.

I immediately reached out to your support team via email, but I have not received any response yet. Given that the game is not functioning on my PC and I have not used it for even a brief period, I kindly request a refund so I can purchase the game on a different platform (Xbox).

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
