8 skill points just vanished

Hey I just respec my skills tree and after wards lost 8 skill points, 6 allocated and 2 unallocated. Upon rechecking after the respec the skill tree was broken(skill nodes not connecting)and a few attempts of looking at my stats and skill tree, the whole previous skill line I just respec vanished along with the 2 unallocated skill points. What's the next step from here because Im just going to be severely underpowered to even play now???[

[Update] I still have 5 skill points but I can not visually see them. I can apply them but they are not being connected within the skill tree. I am prohibited from removing or connecting pass the jewel socket into (Dance of Death) node because of the 3 skill points being already applied.
