Crashing in deshar

Game hard crashes everytime i try to log onto my character. I started the quest The trail of corruption ( Travel to Deshar). I have tried repairing the game, ive tried updateing my GPU drivers, ive tried changeing the upscale, I tried turning multithreading off. Nothing works.
