Is there a way I can remove an unknown steam account from my Poe account?

Hey guys,
Long time player and just returned because I found out about GeForce now. I created a steam account to link to my poe account and found someone else’s steam account is linked to my poe account! I tried removing it but can’t find a way to remove it, is there any way I can unlink this? Thanks in advance!
