I just want to say +1 to this issue. This has locked me out of a tower in a good area, and it also has happened in a couple of other places in my map, as well. It's usually something that is trying to cross water or the mountains. Actually, it might be only that.

I have this issue on my map and it also seems to have caused me to have a bricked atlas, I have no other connections to outside the starter zone and the one I do have doesn't allow me to enter and is appearing as not available when it should be.

Same. Map is connected to a completed tower, but cannot be accessed.
