Dark Effigy Critical Strike Issue With Atsak's Sight

Dark Effigy doesn't work with Atsak's Sight Veiled helmet. I'm not sure if this is intentional or if it's a bug; however, Atsak's Sight works with Ancestral Warrior Totems and Shockwave Totems. My build has Dark Effigy close to 100% crit chance and has three totems but it does not proc a poison stack with Atsak's Sight helm equipped.
