Premium Stash Tab Setting Public Issues

After buying some premium stash tabs, I go in and set one to public for trading and save. When I go back in it shows public has been unchecked no matter how many times, I have gone in and clicked on it. Anyone having this issue and if so, how did you correct it if you were able to?
