i paid 30 divine orbs for a jewel and it doesnt work. that took forever for me to grind.

what jewel? and why do you think it dose not work?

If you want help for anyone you have to do better, QQ without actual reasoning or example will get you no where

Also, they are pretty much closed for the xmass/new year holidays.

FYI this is a beta that is due to last 6 months YOU are supposed to find the problems and report it properly and they will fix it IF it is a bug and can be reproduced...though it can be an issue with you misunderstanding what the item dose.
