How long to wait before I open a Duplciate Ticket?

I opened a ticket about a month ago. Pretty basic ticket and I got an initial response in like less than 2 days. I am assuming it was the same as literally 1000s of tickets. Linking my Main Account to my Console Account because I played console one time and it created a different sub account. I want to be able to play the same characters on the same account and buy MTX one time for both PC and Console as advertised.

The rep didnt understand what I wanted to do and no its NOT merge account. I want one Deleted and the console linked to the main account since the console and PC are linked to different emails. Merging accounts would keep BOTH accounts as sub account and let you choose between the two. That would still leave you with 2 accounts.

Anyway I have not gotten a response now and its been 3 weeks. I am trying to be patient but is this a typical response time? Are other people waiting 3+ weeks for responses? If so its cool I will wait, but if not I think that person just deleted my ticket or quit or something.
